1. Who I Am

This website is a personal portfolio operated by Marimo Honda, a private individual based in Switzerland. The site is intended to showcase my work and help me find employment in UX research and design.

2. What Data Is Collected

Contact Form: If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to me via Formspree. I do not store this data on my own server.
Ko-fi: If you choose to support me via Ko-fi, your interaction is subject to Ko-fi’s own privacy policy. I do not receive any personal data from Ko-fi unless you provide it voluntarily.
Analytics: This site does not use cookies or analytics tools to track visitors.

3. How Your Data Is Used

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry.
No data is shared with third parties except as required to operate the contact form (Formspree) or Ko-fi link.

4. Data Storage and Security

Messages sent via the contact form are processed by Formspree and may be stored on their servers. Please refer to Formspree’s Privacy Policy for details.
I do not store your data on my own servers.

5. Your Rights (Switzerland & GDPR)

You may request information about your personal data or request deletion by contacting me via the contact form.
As a Swiss resident, your data is protected under Swiss data protection law. If you are in the EU, GDPR rights also apply.
